Stuck in-game [please look]

My Character ElderKain is stuck on a layer above everything. If I go to ::MB,I can walk across the non-walkable areas of the map.

It started when I entered the down stairs, that's nearby south above the place where you get the Dragon B-Axe from the the one Quest in Normal Runescape, and right above the Druid Village in Normal RS, but here on DR. When I went down there, my character got stuck.
I can't see any mobs at all as well.

Please help, I can't do anything with my character, and I don't want to make a new character >.<

Edit: Never mind, I spent awhile exploring around, but I found a place which had a ladder down which allowed me to climb back down to base level, lol.

Edit2: Well it fixes temporarily, but If I relog, it's all back up to the 2nd lvl out of view again...
I can get back to norm lvl, I just have to go through a procedure each time I login...
